1. Order Processing

All products are made to order.
This ensures premium print quality and reduces unnecessary stock waste.

Processing time:
2–4 business days before dispatch.

During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we will always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Zones & Rates

Flight Insignia ships internationally through trusted production partners.
Shipping rates are fixed per region and shown clearly at checkout.

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

To reward multi-item orders and simplify international shopping:

Free shipping over 90 €
(EU, UK, USA, Canada, Non-EU Europe, Australia & New Zealand)
Free shipping over 140 €
(Long-distance destinations)

Thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes, and are applied automatically at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders within the EU, the UK, and several international regions do not typically incur additional import fees.

For certain countries outside these regions, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are produced at the nearest available production facility to reduce delivery times.
In some cases, production may take place in another region to ensure availability and consistent quality.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is produced and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at:
